Congratulations, you have been sent this link because you impressed during the trials and we are proud to invite you to join the Ash United U18s team competing in the EBFL/SYL U18’s Saturday and Sunday League’s and EBFL & SYL League CUP’s!
The U18 Coaching Team is officially linked with our Reserve / First Teams and playing at this level will offer the opportunity to get into Allied U18 Mid-Week or Men’s at a higher level when they become available.
Training Schedule
Our U18 Team will train on Tuesday Thursday evenings currently to be held at the Alderwood leisure centre, GU12 4AS.
Training will be from 6.30pm – 8pm on grass May to October and 6:30pm -7:30pm on 3G October to April, having 2 training sessions a week lead by 5 Main Coaches:
Liam Roberts – Played Combined Counties football for over 11 years and has 10+ years of coaching experience with U18 and Adult players alike.
Koo Dumbuya – Played all the way up to European football and has 12+ years of coaching experience at the highest level of academy and men’s football holding close links to many football clubs up to championship level.
Alex Thomas – Playing to Step 4 level football and gaining valuable experience and connections to many clubs up and down the leagues, Having over 12 years of coaching experience at all levels.
Lee Brown – Playing to District and county level football and has 12+ Years in Men’s and youth football coaching.
Paul Price – Playing Combined counties football for over 15 years and has 10+ years of coaching experience with Youth and Adult Teams.
All this experience will allow us to work on many more aspects of the game with the boys including team shape, counter-attacking and attacking/defending set pieces and Goalkeeping.
As an added extra throughout our season we will have guest coaches from academies such as Chelsea, Southampton and Brentford to further extend opportunities to play at your best possible level, on top of this we are also working with UK FOOTBALL TRIALS and their scouts will attend 1-2 games during our season to again do everything we can to get players seen and progressing to their best level!
Training will begin on Tuesday 29th June 2021 and the final training session will be on the 19th of May 2022. Please note we will not train on UK Bank Holidays but may have games.
We will Be Filming Games throughout the season and you will have individual access to watch the games and review your own play and look at highlighted points that your coaches will give you through the season and watch the match highlights!!
Match fixtures will be held on Sunday’s at our home Stadium of ASH UNITED FC. Match Fixtures on a Saturday will be played out of Guildford Football College at Merrist Wood where previously Chelsea FC Women have trained due to the quality of the pitches being outstanding!

There is a registration fee of £175 which is to register each player to ASH UNITED FC for the 2021/22 season and secures your place in the SYL U18 team / 2 Days training / Saturday Football league entry / Kit / League Cup

You can pay in 3 instalments if needed, the first now for registration of £75 and then 1st July £50 and 1st August £50 for the season start.
